We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to ensure that the QC lines run smoothly and produce consistently good quality products that meet our quality and performance standards

Tasks & Responsibilities
▪ Understand customer needs and requirements and communicate these needs and quality standards to production teams.
▪ Develop, improve and review new specifications and procedures for products or processes and train personnel in their operation.
▪ Supervise technicians and other staff and provide guidance to them.
▪ Ensure compliance with legal obligations and regulatory, health and safety guidelines.
▪ Inspect final products, compare to requirements, and approve or reject final products.
▪ Maintain accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis

Your profile
▪ Experience in production or manufacturing.
▪ Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational and leadership skills.
▪ In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and regulatory standards.
▪ Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis and statistical methods.
▪ Excellent communication skills and good listening skills.
▪ Good technical and IT skills.
▪ Experience in event and lighting technology may be an asset.
▪ Experience in business administration may be an asset.
