Within PPE, the Marketing Services department is responsible for the development, execution and implementation of European marketing and communication programs and tools for and to Sales Units, dealers and customers.

Tasks & Responsibilities
▪ Firstly, you will be the product owner for PPE’s FOCUS tool. FOCUS is PPE’s parts sales analysis tool available for dealers.
Your key responsibilities as FOCUS product owner include:
▪ Perform ad-hoc data analysis with FOCUS data and continuously improve standardized dashboards and reports that utilize FOCUS data
▪ Pro-actively advise various stakeholders on sales opportunities and data insights
▪ Define and test new functionalities for the FOCUS tool
▪ Support the development and testing of new interfaces with Dealer Management Systems
▪ Load new dealers on FOCUS and perform various data integrity checks with fixed frequency
▪ Support the roll-out of the FOCUS tool to the dealer network and occasionally visit dealers
▪ Actively gather feedback from internal and external users of the FOCUS tool to identify opportunities to improve user friendliness and business value
▪ Together with PPE’s systems team develop and introduce a mobile-friendly version of the FOCUS tool

▪ Secondly, you are responsible for data analysis and reporting for the Marketing Services team. This includes analyzing and reporting on data related to eCommerce, campaign effectiveness, use of various tools used by the dealer network. You will also inspire the Marketing Services team to become more data driven.
Your key responsibilities as data and reporting specialist include:
▪ Define and structurally report on KPIs for the Marketing Services team
▪ Develop and maintain user-friendly dashboards in PowerBI that give insights in and increase the effectiveness of the tools, campaigns and services provided by the Marketing Services team
▪ Through your analyses identify opportunities for new tools, campaigns and services and optimize the day-to-day marketing activities
▪ Develop a data management strategy for the Marketing Services team and improve the quality of data used for dashboards and reporting
▪ Challenge and inspire your colleagues in the Marketing Services team to become more data driven in their day to day work

Your profile
▪ Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
▪ Minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytical role in a dynamic commercial environment
▪ Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders including (senior) management
▪ Ability to translate business requirements and opportunities into reports and system functionalities
▪ Strong analytical skills and experience with data warehouses and data engineering
▪ Experience with PowerBI and other BI tooling, experience with DAX preferred
▪ Experience with SQL Server Analysis Services 2016 (Tabular Models and Multidimensional Cubes) and SQL Server Reporting Services preferred
▪ Pro-active and hands-on mindset
▪ Fluency in English, fluency in Dutch preferred
