As Logistics Manager, you play a key role in ensuring that goods are transported from start to finish according to the schedule

Tasks & Responsibilities
▪ You manage the planning & control of processes inbound and outbound of goods, involving order picking and packing, check (export) paperwork, among other things.
▪ Together with the team leaders of inbound and outbound, you are in charge of the overall warehouse and logistics for Europe.
▪ Personnel leadership; Technical and disciplinary management of the logistics team, including staff deployment and planning in line with needs in close contact with the different sales departments (per brand).
▪ Ensuring occupational health and safety measures as well as compliance with legal and operational requirements
▪ Establish and maintain warehouse operational infrastructure in close cooperation with the European MT member in charge for such
▪ Control, improvement and monitoring of the operational KPI’s in the area of warehouse & logistics (incoming goods, picking, packing, outgoing goods, shipping and service center),
▪ Analyzing processes and deriving optimization measures
▪ Coordinating with international distributors and suppliers (in English)
▪ Ensuring inventory management and responsibility for stocktaking (cycle counts)
▪ Prepare accurate reports for the European management team (implement KPI’s where appropriate)

Your profile
▪ Proven experience as logistics Manager
▪ Knowledge of export laws and regulations
▪ Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software
▪ Sound organizational and coordination abilities
▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
▪ Preferably BSc/BA in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field
