As a Spare Parts Sourcing Co-ordinator/Planner you will be responsible for the planning and procurement of spare parts Tasks & Responsibilities ▪  As a Spare Parts Sourcing Co-ordinator/Planner you will be responsible for the planning and procurement of spare parts. ▪ Your main responsibilities will be to monitor the spare parts inventory, forecast spare parts needs, and source spare parts to maintain optimal inventory levels. ▪ We are looking for a buyer with a technical background or a technical person to whom we can teach the purchasing process. ▪ An important part of your work will be to work with exploded view diagrams and create spare parts logs in our system. ▪ You will plan the quantity of spare parts to be ordered based on the sales volume and your own technical experience. ▪ You will monitor inventories and create sales and inventory aging reports that provide key metrics about the status of spare parts inventory. You will also need to communicate effectively with spare parts suppliers. ▪ We’re looking for a motivated team player who possesses solid organizational and communication skills but who can also work independently.
