Italian Support Engineer

As Italian speaking Support Engineer you will work remotely to provide technical support and service requests for customers across Europe

Tasks & Responsibilities
▪ Support various customer environments for customers across Europe
▪ Independently troubleshoot issues and perform service requests, including first and second line requests
▪ Escalate complex issues to specialist support teams as required
▪ Identify areas of improvement for the customer, the team and the organization
▪ Record activities as an assurance of quality

Your profile
▪ MBO+/HBO- working and thinking level
▪ Ability to work independently
▪ Not afraid to ask for help
▪ Certifications MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, AZ-900: Azure Fundamentals and ITIL Foundations (or the ability to obtain these with support)
▪ 2 years Experience with ICT infrastructure (preferably in a similar role)
▪ Fluent in Italian & Dutch
