As a child I already had a great interest in technology, music and motor vehicles. I completed my training as a Commercial Installation Technician around 1982 and then started working as an all-round mechanic.

In 1987 I ended up in heavy industry, at the current Wienerberger BV. The crude machines in these brick factories and the informal interaction with people appealed to me. I was promoted to the position of Oven Operator / Technician and was responsible for the ins and outs of complex oven installations. I studied this position further and in 1999 took a course in the field of Industrial Ceramics at the Eindhoven University of Applied Sciences.

Over time, the desire for freedom, establishing human relationships and taking on a new challenge became stronger and stronger. This made me decide to enter into self-employment in addition to my work at Wienerberger. I started a small service-oriented installation company in 2000. I was exposed to all aspects of troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial process installations at several companies.

In 2006 I decided to no longer be dependent on an employer and successfully founded RBC Recruitment, which later resulted in RBC Engineering Support and RBC Projects.

My name is Marianne and I have been working at RBC Engineering Support since the very beginning. When I started up, I combined this with my insurance job. Since 2013, however, my focus has been entirely on RBC!

As a commercial office employee, I take care of invoicing and take care of the accounting. My work is very diverse, because I also have a role in writing and posting vacancies on our website, preparing various documents and receiving our guests.

After training as an executive secretary, I ended up in the insurance world and also obtained a diploma in it. I started at a subsidiary of ABN Amro. As a commercial employee, I was able to support the field service and also take out insurance independently. After 15 years, I took on a new challenge at the head office in Venlo, where I became a car acceptor. I also took care of the administration of the acceptance department. After 5 wonderful years, I thought it was time to look for my challenges closer to home and I was able to work for various insurance agencies in Landgraaf, Kerkrade and Sittard.

The atmosphere in the office is informal and that is partly why I have enjoyed working at RBC Engineering Support for years!

My name is Luuk Rothkrantz, active for our beautiful family business for over 10 years and co-owner since 2018. I am proud that we have been able to provide knowledge and capacity for years to loyal high-quality organizations and professionals that develop activities in construction and industry. I am active from Kerkrade to Eindhoven and from Antwerp to Cologne.

Within RBC Engineering Support, as operations manager, I am responsible for all activities carried out by us. This includes sales, account management, recruitment, administration and HR. I continuously try to improve my way of working and feel responsible for the happiness and satisfaction of relationships and colleagues.

I completed a HBO course in Facility Management, majoring in Real Estate, at the Zuyd University of Applied Sciences in Heerlen. After completing this training, I started at a housing association called Hestia Group in Landgraaf. I learned a lot here and had the opportunity to work within different departments. The most important thing I learned is that I wanted to continue working with people in a commercial environment. I soon ended up in employment mediation, particularly in technology. At Adecco I was Key Account Manager and Inhouse Consultant for the largest customer at our Heerlen branch, namely Componenta BV. Nowadays better known as VDL Castings. I was the first contact person for all processes surrounding the inflow and outflow of personnel and payroll administration. When I was approached by RBC in 2011, I didn't have to hesitate for long because I was convinced that this was the ideal next step in my career. I don't regret that step to this day!

I have been with Nancy for years now and we have 2 wonderful children together: Romée and Noah. Besides my family, I have quite a few hobbies and a week is often too short. For example, I like to jump on my bike, I like to ride briskly and I like to take beautiful rides at home and abroad. On the bike I realize that there are countless metaphors for entrepreneurship: “How do you get up when you have fallen? Are you someone who likes to take the lead? Why do you always contradict yourself? What peaks and valleys are there on the route?”

My name is Julita Szrejder and I have been working as a Business Manager at RBC Projects since March 2024. Here I am responsible for meeting the supply and demand of both clients and job seekers within the manufacturing industry.
Before I joined RBC Projects, I had been active in employment mediation in the south of the country for several years, where I supported various candidates and clients in the search for the perfect match. Employment mediation is a sector that suits me well: 'I find sales and relationship management extremely interesting, but selling a product suits me slightly less. The versatile role as Business Manager allows me to use my skills and work a lot with people. For me this is the ideal combination.'
I was born and raised in Poland and 17 years ago I moved to the Netherlands. Together with my 2 children we won in beautiful Sittard.
I think sport and fun are important in life and I like to go out. At home, sitting still is not something I will do anytime soon. Every day I try to enjoy and discover to the fullest. “But of course my two children are my greatest motivation, I get new energy from them every day and I always want to be the best version of myself.”
Social, enthusiastic and sporty are words that describe me well. In my spare time I like to travel and discover new places. The nickname sports fanatic is certainly appropriate In addition to my love for walking, I can regularly be found in the gym.

My name is Ivo Franssen and I have been one of the forces behind RBC Engineering Support since 2022.

As a Business Manager I have a versatile role. I focus on mediating professionals with existing and especially new clients. Consider large and medium-sized companies for our professionals. I am responsible for the entire commercial process: from acquisition to closing.

After completing HBO Commercial Management, I started working at Wiertz Company in 2008 in the position of Sales Manager. Here I was responsible for selling the services of Wiertz Company in order to efficiently achieve the organization's objectives. After successfully fulfilling this role for 4 years, I was ready for a new challenge. Within the organization I was given the opportunity to further shape the label aimed at higher profiles, and I also brought my knowledge to a higher level through a post-HBO training focused on recruitment. In the position of branch manager I was responsible for filling vacancies. I acquired assignments and built up my own network of possible clients. I also selected suitable candidates through various media and conducted targeted interviews through my commercial network. After 6 years I was asked to work as a regional manager at VeTraNed, a safety company in the broadest sense of the word, to work here as a regional manager. I achieved fantastic growth of the organization here. Naturally, the search for new customers was very important, a pioneering task that was partly sought from my existing network.

In 2022 I had the opportunity to complement the RBC Engineering Support team. It quickly became clear to me that this would be the right next step in my career.

In my private life I am happily together, engaged and soon married to Jolien. Together we have 2 children. In my spare time you will find me on my bike, especially on long bike rides in the beautiful Limburgse Heuvelland. On Sunday I go out with Tourclub Kerkrade, an enthusiastic and fanatical group of cyclists. I also like to be in the kitchen and can enjoy myself for hours behind the barbecue.

My name is Mitch Op het Veld and I have been working at RBC since 2024. As Business Manager IT, I am responsible for the IT Business Unit, which has been launched within RBC since I arrived. In my role I mediate IT professionals to great challenges. I am also commercially active in account management and entering into new, sustainable relationships.

After completing my bachelor's degree in Business Administration, I entered the job placement field. In my first years I was mainly active in recruitment roles focused on logistics and healthcare. From this role I grew to a position as operational manager. In this position I was closely involved in setting up a secondment branch for IT professionals, where recruitment was carried out both at home and abroad. In addition to my role as operational manager, I was also involved in recruitment and sales activities. I was able to fulfill these roles within the same organization, after which RBC came my way. Within RBC I try to further expand my IT knowledge and help people take a great next step in their career.

Privately, I have been together with my partner Linda for years. Together we have a cat and we are building our future house. In my spare time I like to go to the gym and go on holiday to sunny destinations.
