Als Supervisor Asset Engineering geef jij leiding aan een team van Reliability Engineers, Technical Support Engineers, Field Engineers en Systeembeheerders (Process Control) Taken & Verantwoordelijkheden ▪ Samen met jouw team zorg je voor het opstellen en implementeren van beheers- en onderhoudsconcepten, preventieve en predictieve onderhoudsplannen. Uiteraard stel je hierbij bijbehorende budgetten op; ▪ Je regelt de inzet van medewerkers. Dit doe je bijvoorbeeld voor correctief onderhoud, voor het assisteren van de collega’s van Operations en Technologie bij troubleshooting en studies, en voor het voorbereiden en uitvoeren van modificaties, projecten en turnarounds. ▪ Je identificeert en implementeert verbeterprogramma’s in lijn met bedrijfsdoelstellingen, je initieert de planmatige vervanging van assets en je bewaakt de strategische voorraad van kritische spareparts; ▪ Je identificeert mogelijke maintenance innovaties, onderhoudt relevante netwerken (intern en extern) en bent verantwoordelijk voor expertiseontwikkeling in de afdeling; ▪ Tenslotte ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor het veilig en goed functioneren van de E-storingsdienst. Jouw profiel ▪ Je acteert op academisch werk- en denkniveau en hebt daarbij een afgeronde HBO en/of Masteropleiding in de richting van Chemische Technologie/Proces Technologie, Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektrotechniek of gelijkwaardig; ▪ Je hebt een gedegen werkervaring in Asset Engineering en/of Reliability Engineering in een Maintenance/Projecten omgeving. Bij voorkeur heb je deze ervaring opgedaan in de chemische- en/of energie-industrie; ▪ Goede kennis van onderhoudsprocessen en -technieken. Een paar voorbeelden: Onderhoudskunde (VDM, TPM, RCM), Maintenance 4.0, Precision Maintenance, Lean & Six Sigma; ▪ Je hebt ervaring en bent vaardig in het met werken met relevante Maintenance Management systemen. Als Manager Operations stuur je de continudienst en de dagdienst aan. As a System Architect you will be part of the Design and Engineering group Tasks & Responsibilities ▪ Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the electronics part of the solutions that we develop and produce for and in consultation with our customers. ▪ In your position you fulfil an intermediary role between the customer and the department and frequent customer contact is a must. ▪ By asking the right questions you will get the customer’s wishes to the surface so that we can offer a solution that meets the customer’s needs as much as possible. ▪ From your professional adult role you are able to manage a number of juniors in addition to your own work and teach them the tricks of the trade. ▪ In this position you will also work together with the Electrical Mechanics and Mechanics team. ▪ You will work at various locations in both Son and Echt, but also at the location of the clients.
